Who Should Attend
These groups are for those interested in spiritual growth, and who are willing to do the "not always easy" work of looking inside, being honest with self, letting go of the old, and receiving more of what Spirit has to offer. Along the way we discover and release "blocks" -- anything in the way of our greater fulfillment.

What to Expect
Meetings include meditation, energy work, journaling, working directly with inner guides/guidance, and individual input and facilitation by Max. Deep support from Spirit (your Higher Self, God, Angels, Masters, Personal Guides) is present in abundance in these groups, to help you let go of anything in your way, and move directly into your heart.

There is a growing core group of people who attend most meetings, and others who come in now and then. There is no requirement to attend every week, though many find regular attendance helpful.

Max acts as the facilitator/teacher for the classes, drawing upon his training in counseling and spiritual work, his intuitive skills, and his connection and affinity with Spirit to support everyone present.

From Max, About the Groups
"We typically begin with a guided meditation that varies depending upon who's attending the class and what's called for. After, or as part of the guided meditation, I usually do some energy work with each person. The energy work typically includes light (appropriate) touching. We normally do some journaling for a few minutes after that.

In the second half I offer sharing/process work with each person in the group. Everyone benefits from everyone else's time during the sharing, as the focus I have with one person resonates with others. In that way, it's like receiving a personal session multiplied many times because of the group experience. The support from Spirit in these meetings is profound, and we've seen some amazing changes in people from week to week -- opening up, letting go, and blossoming."
